This policy applies to all purchases of digital and subscription-based content made via One Axion.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods and online content, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once digital materials or subscriptions have been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds may be issued only where required under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Licensing Terms
Upon purchasing a digital product, you are granted a personal, limited-use license to view and utilise the content.

You may not:

Share, sell, or redistribute digital materials.
Modify or adapt content without prior written permission.
Use any materials for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated.
One Axion retains all ownership and copyright rights for all materials provided.

Subscription Access
If you purchase a recurring subscription, access remains active only while payments are up to date.
You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle through your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@oneaxion.com.

Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
