Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellation Policy Full Refund Eligibility: Clients may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment through our website and receive a full refund. No Refund Within 7 Days: Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment date are not eligible for a refund. How to Cancel: Please use our official booking platform to cancel your appointment within the eligible timeframe. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior cancellation will be treated as a cancellation within the 7-day period and is not refundable. Rescheduling Policy To help us manage appointments effectively and provide the best service, please observe the following guidelines: Rescheduling Notice: Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation if you need to reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Reschedule Limit: Each appointment may be rescheduled only once. Further changes may not be accommodated to ensure fairness and efficiency. Same-Day Changes: Rescheduling or cancellation requests made on the day of the appointment may not be accommodated due to scheduling constraints. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, it will be recorded as a missed appointment.
