Digital Product Policy

At One Axion, we provide digital educational content, tools, and resources. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing any digital items.

Licensing

When you buy a digital product from One Axion you get a personal licence to use it. It is yours to keep and use, for yourself, not to sell on, share out or use commercially unless the product says otherwise.

The licence ends only in two cases: if we refund you, or if you break its terms — the copying, redistribution and resale restrictions set out under Intellectual Property at the end of this page.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of One Axion.

Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to a download page containing your files. The same personal download link is also emailed to you, so you can return to it whenever you need to. There is no account to create and nothing to log in to.

Your link stays valid. Each product comes with a stated period of free updates, counted from the day you buy: two years for Axion Clarity, 12 months for the Financial Literacy Course. While that period runs, the same link serves the updated files at no extra cost. When it ends nothing is taken away — what you already have stays yours and keeps working, you simply stop receiving new versions. The Digital Estate Organiser is different again: it is sold as a numbered edition, and your link serves the edition you bought. If we later publish a revised edition, that is a separate product at its own price rather than a free upgrade — what you bought stays yours and keeps working. The window is about new features and improvements. It is not a limit on our duty to keep what you bought working as we described it, and it does not touch your rights if a product is faulty — those come from law rather than from us, they run on their own clock, and they are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please ensure that your email settings allow receipt of our confirmation email.

Access & Compatibility

Some digital products may have compatibility or device requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to review system requirements prior to purchase.

If a product will not run on a set-up that matches the requirements we published before you bought, that is a fault in the product and the Cancelling and refunds section below applies in full. If your set-up does not match them, we would still rather help than argue: inside your first 14 days you can cancel and get your money back either way, and outside them, email us and we will do what we reasonably can.

We do not accept liability for loss or damage caused by opening a file, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it — which includes damage our software causes to your device or your other files.

Cancelling and refunds

You have 14 days from buying to change your mind, for any reason, and get all your money back. The 14 days run from your purchase, not your download, and you keep the right even after you have downloaded the files.

A seller is allowed to switch that right off for instant downloads, but only by asking you at checkout to give it up. We do not ask you that, so we do not claim it. If that changes, this page and the Returns & Refunds Policy will change with it.

Separately, and for much longer than 14 days: if a product is faulty, will not open, does not do what we said, or is not as described, you can ask for it to be fixed or replaced, and if that does not sort it out you can have some or all of your money back. Those rights come from law and nothing here takes them away.

Charged twice, charged in error, or never received your files? Tell us and we refund in full.

To ask, email hello@oneaxion.com or reply to your order email. Refunds go back to the way you paid — card, wallet, or Klarna, in which case your instalment plan is cancelled or adjusted — within 14 days. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including any content, graphics, or instructional materials, are the intellectual property of One Axion and protected under Cyprus, UK, and EU copyright law.

Unauthorised copying, redistribution, or resale of digital materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
