“One Axion”, “we,” “our,” or “us” means Philip Neil, trading as One Axion from 21 Peiraios, Paphos, Republic of Cyprus.

“User,” “you,” or “your” means any person accessing, browsing, or purchasing services from our website.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Payment Terms

  • All transactions are processed in Euro (€) unless otherwise indicated.
  • Payments must be made through our secure checkout using approved payment providers.
  • Access to digital materials or consultations is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
  • Prices can change, but never after you have bought. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in euro.

6. Cancelling and refunds

For anything you buy as a download, you have 14 days from buying to change your mind and get a full refund, even if you have already downloaded the files. Separately, if a product is faulty or not as described, we will put it right or refund you, and that right lasts far longer than 14 days.

Bookings made through our scheduling page are not downloads. Cancel or reschedule through your booking confirmation, or tell us and we will refund you.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, logos, website design, and content on One Axion are owned by or licensed to One Axion and are protected under Cyprus, UK, and EU copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our digital products for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any materials without prior written permission.

The information provided on this website and through our services is for educational and informational purposes only.

None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer. We cannot and do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for a product you bought not being as described, of satisfactory quality or fit for a purpose you told us about before buying.

If you are simply not enjoying the website, the answer is to stop using it. That is not your only remedy if you have paid us for something: if a product you bought is faulty or not as described, you can ask for it to be fixed or replaced, or for your money back. See Returns & Refunds.
