WebsitesA website you actually own
Most quotes come with a monthly fee and someone else holding your domain. Stop paying, it goes dark. We work the other way round — and there are only two options, so you can tell in about ten seconds which one is yours.
One page€400One page, one job
A personal landing page, one product, one event, or a trade with a phone number and a photo.
- Live in 5 working days
- Built on your own domain and accounts
- Contact form straight to your inbox
- Set up so Google can find you
Need a menu across the top? That is the Build — and the €400 comes off it in full.
Most businesses want this oneUp to 6 pages€1,400The site people check before they call you
A café, a clinic, a builder, an agency — anywhere someone looks you up first and decides whether to get in touch.
- Up to 6 pages, built around your business, not a template
- Live in 10 working days once your words are ready
- Two rounds of changes included
- Everything above, plus a handbook and a walkthrough
Extra page €200, agreed before it is built rather than appearing on a bill afterwards.
A morning of our time is €250. Mornings booked together as one job are €200. That is the only discount here, and it is because a run of mornings we can plan costs less to deliver than one held open for whatever is top of your list. Changes after handover are a single morning — no retainer, nothing to cancel. Already have a site? A €250 morning tells you what it runs on and what it would cost to put right, before we touch anything.
Most small jobs are one page and a morning
A salon, a taverna, a driving instructor — you rarely need six pages. You need one that works, your prices or your menu on it, and a way for people to book. That is the one-page site plus a morning, and this is the whole sum.
- A salon, with online booking€400 one page + €250 a morning to set the booking up = €650
- A taverna, with a menu and a second page€400 + €200 second page + €250 a morning for reservations = €850
The booking or reservation system runs on an established service in your name, on your card — the same as your hosting. The morning is us sitting with you while you set that account up, wiring it into the page and checking it works on a phone. Quoted before we start, never added to a bill afterwards.
How paying worksA deposit to book, the rest on handover
- 1A free 15-minute call. Which of the two you need, or whether you need us at all.
- 2€350 books your dates. Those mornings are yours alone. Most in this trade ask half up front; we ask a quarter.
- 3We build. You watch it go live at a real address as we go, not at the end.
- 4The balance on handover, once every account is in your name.
Invoiced through Stripe — pay by card, keep a proper receipt. One page is €200 to book and €200 on handover; single mornings are paid up front. No setup fee, no monthly fee, nothing that renews. Change your mind before we start and the booking fee comes back.
The handoverYou own it before we build it
- Hour one: you create the accounts. Your name, your card, you at the keyboard.
- We are a collaborator you can remove in one click. We never hold your domain.
- You pay the providers direct — about €15 a year. We add nothing on top.
- On handover: your code, one simple place to edit your words, a handbook and a walkthrough.
There is no monthly fee. If you never call us again, nothing switches off.

Beyond the pagesShops, logins and bookings
- An online shop or a payment page. Card payments taken on an account in your name — often no monthly fee at all, just the card charges. A real catalogue moves up to a proper shop platform.
- Customer logins and member areas. Often a list of approved email addresses is enough, and no member database ever exists. Where people sign up or pay for themselves, a dedicated membership service.
- A booking system. A booking service on your own account, taking card payments if you need them. Staff, rooms or classes move up to a fuller one.
Each of these runs on an established service in your name, on your card, wired into your site — the same as your domain and your hosting. You pay the provider direct at their price. We add nothing on top, and you can remove us in one click. Which service is the right one depends on what you are selling and what you want to spend, so we recommend it and set it up with you when we scope the project rather than guessing here.
One thing we will not do is write your words or take your photographs. Those are what make the site sound like you, and your dates do not start until they are with us. We work 9am–1pm, Monday to Friday, and everything happens inside that window. That is why the dates we give you hold.
The diaryNext build slot: November 2026
Eight working mornings a month, and a six-page build takes seven of them — so one build a month, and the dates hold because they are not oversold.
