Moved from the UK? Your Will may not do what you think
Cyprus applies forced heirship: fixed shares of your estate are reserved for spouse and children by law. Section 42, which once exempted foreign nationals, was repealed in 2015 — and most British residents here have never been told. The Digital Estate Organiser’s Cyprus edition is written around exactly these rules, and the free two-page Digital Assets Clause gives your solicitor a head start on the digital side of your estate.
