Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective date: 1 November 2025 · Last updated: 25 August 2026

This policy covers everything you buy as a consumer through our checkout: the Financial Literacy Course, the Digital Estate Organiser, Axion Clarity, and any other download or one-off service we add later. Every product is a one-off purchase. We do not sell subscriptions; if that ever changes, this page changes first.

Swing reviews, sold under the Philip Neil Golf name, are the same trader but a different kind of purchase — professional time rather than a file — and have their own refunds policy, linked from the swing review pages.

If you bought before the date above, this policy applies to you too, and it gives you more than the version it replaced. One thing more, in fact. The version you bought under told you there was no right to cancel. Because of that, your 14 days never properly started, and your window to change your mind is longer — up to a year and 14 days from the day you bought. If that is you, ask, and we will honour it on the same terms as everyone else’s.

Changing your mind: your 14 days

You have 14 days from buying to change your mind, for any reason, and get all your money back. The 14 days run from the moment you buy, not from when you download.

You keep that right even if you have already downloaded and read the files. The law lets a seller switch it off for instant downloads, but only if the seller asks you at checkout to give it up and you agree. Our checkout does not ask you that. So the right stands, and we will honour it.

We are saying this plainly because it is your money and you should know where you stand. If we change the checkout, we will change this page and date the change.

These 14 days are a consumer right, so this is about people buying for themselves. If you are buying for a business, a school or any other organisation — including our group and classroom licences — it does not apply automatically. Talk to us first and we will agree terms in writing.

If something is wrong with what you bought

This is separate from the 14 days above, and it lasts much longer.

If a product is faulty, will not open, does not do what we said it does, or is not what we described, tell us. You choose whether you want it fixed or replaced, and we will only say no to the one you pick if it is impossible or costs us wildly more than the other. If a fix or a replacement does not sort it out, or we cannot do it in a reasonable time without a lot of inconvenience to you, you can have some or all of your money back. That right comes from law, it cannot be signed away, and nothing on this page or anywhere else on this site reduces it.

How long does that last? Longer than most people expect. If you bought as a consumer in the UK, you have six years from your purchase to bring a claim (five in Scotland). Anywhere else, count on at least two years from the day we delivered your files. In practice: if something we sold you is broken, tell us when you find out and we will deal with it.

If you never received your files, or you were charged twice, or charged in error, tell us and we will refund you in full.

Some products need a particular device or operating system. We publish the requirements on the product page — please check them before you buy. If a product will not run on a set-up that matches those published requirements, that is a fault and everything above applies in full. If your set-up does not match them, we would still rather help than argue: inside your 14 days you can cancel and get your money back either way, and outside them, email us and we will do what we reasonably can.

How to ask

Email hello@oneaxion.com, or just reply to your order email — it reaches the same inbox. There is no refund form and no set of words you have to use: “I want to cancel my order” is enough. Tell us the email address you bought with and roughly when. A real person reads every message and will be in touch within one business day. If you would rather use the contact form, it works too, though it asks for more than we need.

Model cancellation form

You do not have to use this — an email saying you want to cancel is enough — but the law says we have to make it available, so here it is. Copy it, fill it in, send it to hello@oneaxion.com.

To One Axion, Philip Neil, 21 Peiraios, Paphos, Cyprus — hello@oneaxion.com:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: ______

Ordered on: ______ · Name: ______ · Address: ______ · Date: ______

Refunds go back to the way you paid. If you paid by card or a wallet, that is where it goes. If you paid with Klarna, the refund goes to Klarna and your instalment plan is cancelled or adjusted — you will not be left paying for something you have handed back. We send refunds within 14 days of you asking, usually much sooner; your bank or Klarna may take a few days more to show it.

Licensing Terms

When you buy a digital product you get a personal licence to use it. It is yours to keep and use, for yourself. It ends only in two cases: if we refund you, or if you break the restrictions below.

You may:

  • Use it yourself and with your household, on as many of your own devices as you like.
  • Fill it in, edit it, restructure it and adapt it for your own use — that is what the editable Word version of the Digital Estate Organiser is for. Print it. Hand your completed copy to your solicitor, executor or family.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, publish or redistribute the files, or your adapted version of them.
  • Use them to run a business or a class — for example handing them to clients or teaching from them. That needs a separate licence, so talk to us; we are straightforward about it.

One Axion keeps ownership and copyright in the materials themselves. What you write into them is yours.

What happens to your files

When we refund you, your licence to use the files ends and you should delete them. To be straight about it: we do not switch your download link off, and we have no way to reach the copy on your device. We are not going to chase you. You should just know that is the deal.

Who you are buying from

One Axion is a trading name of Philip Neil, trading from 21 Peiraios, Paphos, Republic of Cyprus. Email hello@oneaxion.com. Telephone +357 97 481 750. Prices are in euro. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Anything else

Broken link, file that will not open, question about any of this: email hello@oneaxion.com or use the contact form. There is no ticket system and no account area — just email, read by a person.
