One Axion AI Business Agents

The enquiries you
never see.

Most small businesses in Cyprus lose customers the same way: an enquiry arrives out of hours, or while everyone is busy, and by the time anyone reads it that person has already called someone else. We build, deploy and look after AI agents that answer every one of them — in English, Greek or Russian — and hand you the ones worth your time.

Pilot programme

The first Cyprus cohort opens October 2026. We are building this now and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. Requesting a demo costs nothing, holds founder pricing, and puts you at the front of the queue for onboarding.

The maths nobody does

Three ways a small business quietly loses money

1

The enquiry that goes cold

It arrives at 8pm. You read it at 9am. Whoever replied at 8:05pm is already showing them round. Nothing about your business was worse — you were just asleep.

2

The same question, again

Opening hours. Parking. Do you take card. Someone answers it for the ninth time today, and that someone is paid to do something else. It is not one big cost, it is a hundred small ones.

3

The wrong language

An enquiry comes in Greek, or Russian, and gets a slower or clumsier answer than it would have in English. In Cyprus that is not an edge case. It is Tuesday.

Where it earns its keep first

Two businesses this was built for

It works anywhere the same questions arrive repeatedly and appointments need booking — hospitality, professional services, retail. These two are where the difference shows up fastest.

Estate agencies & property

The enquiry that arrives at 9pm on a Sunday

Most property enquiries land outside office hours, and most go to whoever answers first. An agent takes the enquiry the moment it arrives, answers what the listing does not, books the viewing against your real availability, and has the details on your desk by morning.

  • Captures out-of-hours enquiries
  • Books viewings
  • Qualifies before you spend time

It does not value property, and it does not advise on mortgages or financing.

Clinics & appointment businesses

The same fifteen questions, all day, every day

Opening hours. Parking. What to bring. How much. Can I move my appointment. Every one of those is a real person needing a real answer, and every one of them interrupts someone who was doing something else. An agent answers them instantly, in the caller’s own language, and books or moves the appointment while it is doing so.

  • Answers the routine questions
  • Books and reschedules
  • Sends the details on

It does not give clinical advice, and anything medical goes straight to your team.

What actually happens

Four steps, and three of them are ours

  1. 1

You send us what you already have

Your website, your FAQs, your opening hours, how you like appointments booked. If it exists as a scruffy document, that is fine. This is the only part that takes your time, and it is usually under an hour.

  2. 2

    We build and train it

We configure the agent against your material, in your languages, with your rules about what it may say and when it must hand over. Nothing is invented and nothing comes from outside what you gave us.

  3. 3

You check it before anyone else sees it

You try to catch it out. We would encourage that. Anything it gets wrong, or says in a way you would not, we change before it goes anywhere near a customer.

  4. 4

It goes live, and we look after it

One line of code on your website, or a link you can send. Then it stays current as your business changes, and each month you get a plain-English report of what people asked and what it could not answer.

Try it yourself

A live agent will sit right here

We are not going to mock one up and call it a demo. When the pilot opens in October 2026 this section becomes a working agent you can interrogate as hard as you like — and if you are on the pilot list, you will get to break it before anyone else does.

One Axion demo agentAn AI agent, in early preview — ask it about the agents, the tiers, the prices.
Hello — I’m an AI agent, and I’m also the product: this is what an agent for your business feels like to talk to. Ask me about the tiers, the prices, the pilot, or what I refuse to do.

A demo, not an adviser: it won’t give financial or legal advice, and anything it can’t answer goes to a human — which is the point.

Managed, not sold and abandoned

What it costs

A one-off setup fee to build it, then a monthly fee to keep it right. No contracts to escape from and no per-conversation charges — a busy month should be good news, not an invoice.

Who is behind this

A real person, not a reseller

One Axion is Philip Neil. Before building this he spent his career as a qualified mortgage and protection adviser — work that is entirely about listening properly to what somebody actually needs, and being straight with them about what you can and cannot do. That is the standard these agents are built to.

He builds and manages every one of them himself. When something needs changing you are not raising a ticket into a queue — you are emailing the person who built it.

  • Built here. Configured for your business by hand, not generated from a template.
  • Answered here. One person to email, who knows your setup.
  • Honest about the limits. If an agent is the wrong answer for you, we will say so.
Straight answers

The questions people actually ask

Does it pretend to be a person?
No, and we would not build one that did. The agent says it is an AI assistant when it introduces itself. That is a deliberate choice: people are far more forgiving of an AI that says so than of one they catch out, and the trust you lose being caught is not worth the trust you borrow by hiding it.
What happens when it does not know?
It says so and passes the conversation to you, with everything it has already gathered. It never invents an answer. An agent that guesses is worse than no agent at all, because you find out about it from a customer.
Where do its answers come from?
Only from what you give us: your website, your FAQs, your hours, your booking rules, your prices if you want them shared. It is not a general chatbot with your logo on it. If the answer is not in your material, it does not have it.
Is this replacing my staff?
No. It takes the repetitive part of the day — the same questions, the after-hours enquiries, the diary admin — so the people you already employ spend their time on the things that actually need a person. If you are a one-person business, it means the phone being answered while you are with a customer.
How long does it take to set up?
Days, not months, and almost none of it is your time. You send us your website, your FAQs, your hours and how you like appointments booked. We build it, you check it, we adjust it, it goes live. There is nothing for you to install and nothing to learn.
What languages?
English and Greek at launch, with Russian on the Business tier and above. In Cyprus that matters more than it does almost anywhere else — an enquiry answered in the language it was asked in is a conversation, and one answered in the wrong language is a missed customer.
What does the monthly fee actually buy?
It being looked after. Your business changes — prices, hours, a new service, a member of staff leaving — and the agent has to change with it or it starts being wrong. The monthly fee covers keeping it current, watching what it is being asked, and telling you what it could not answer. That last report is often the most useful thing you get.
Why is it a pilot?
Because we would rather say so. The platform is being built now and the first cohort opens in October 2026. Signing up before then costs nothing, holds founder pricing, and puts you at the front of the queue for onboarding. If we are not ready, you will hear it from us before you hear it from anyone else.
