How it works

From “that job you've been putting off” to done

  1. Tell me the job

Use the form below: what needs doing and where. Photos help, and you can reply to my email with them.

  2. Get a fixed price

I email you a fixed price and exactly what it includes.

  3. Book a morning

The same email has a link to book a weekday morning that suits you.

  4. I do the job

I bring the tools and the small fixings, and do the job myself.

  5. Pay afterwards

By card, from the link on the invoice I send you, or in cash when the job is done.

Who it's for

Whatever brought you here

Just moved in?

A flat full of flat-pack and curtain poles still in their boxes. Send me the list and I'll price it as one visit.

Away from Cyprus?

I can do the job while you're abroad. Someone you trust lets me in and locks up afterwards, as I don't hold keys, and I send you photos when it's done.

Short on time or tools?

Busy week, no drill, or not confident doing it yourself? That's exactly what I'm here for.

Who turns up

Me, every time

I'm Philip Neil, and I do every job myself, on weekday mornings, 9am to 1pm. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from me first.

I speak English. If it's not your first language, a short written description and a few photos work well, and you're welcome to have someone with you on the day.

Questions at ten at night? The assistant in the corner of this page knows the prices, the area and the hours.

Good to know

What's included in the price?

My time and the small fixings: screws, wall plugs, filler and silicone. You choose and buy anything bigger, such as the furniture, a curtain pole or a new tap.

How do I pay?

After the job. I send you an invoice with a link to pay by card, or you pay in cash when the job is done. Either way, you get an invoice.

When can you come?

On weekday mornings, 9am to 1pm. I don't work evenings or weekends. Your quote comes with a link to book a morning that suits you.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You have 14 days from booking, which is when you accept my quote, to change your mind. If you'd like the job done sooner, you ask for that when you book: if you then cancel after I've started, you pay for the work done so far, and once the job is finished it can't be cancelled. Your quote email sets this out in full, and your booking confirmation has a link to cancel.
